3. Payment Terms:

Praksis LLC endeavours to provide quality services. However, we do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of project related information, sensitive data, proprietary techniques and other confidential information disclosed during the project.
8. Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate services upon written notice. Praksis LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately for failure to comply with these terms and conditions or for any conduct deemed inappropriate or unlawful.
9. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ankara, Turkey. Any disputes shall be settled by arbitration or mediation.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Praksis LLC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any material changes.
